1. Acceptance

By accessing or placing an order with https://www.originlifebio.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be 18 years or older to use this site. Our products are dietary supplements, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a shipment confirmation email.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in HKD and may change. We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. All payments are securely processed by a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified third-party provider.

4. Shipping

5. Returns & Refunds

• Unopened products: 30-day return window for full refund (customer pays return shipping)
• Defective or incorrect items: free return/replacement within 7 days
• Opened products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong or, by mutual agreement, through arbitration at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be notified via email or website notice.
