1. Shipping Origin & Costs
All orders ship from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China.
- Free standard shipping on orders over HK$500 to Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China
- Shipping fees for other regions are calculated at checkout
2. Estimated Delivery Times (business days)
Hong Kong2–4 days
Macau & Mainland China3–7 days
Singapore & Taiwan5–10 days
Rest of the world7–20 days (customs dependent)
3. Customs & Duties
Recipients are responsible for all import taxes, duties, and customs fees (except Hong Kong). DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) available on request for select countries.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- Unopened items: full refund within 30 days of delivery (return shipping paid by customer)
- Defective/damaged items: free return or replacement within 7 days
- Opened supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Process: Email info@originlifebio.com with order number and photos → receive return instructions → refund issued within 2 business days of receiving the returned item
