Returns & Refunds Policy

At Originlife Biotech Limited, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our returns policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
Eligible for Return:
- Unopened and sealed products within 30 days of delivery
- Products in original packaging with all labels intact
- Defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery
- Incorrect items shipped within 7 days of delivery
Not Eligible for Return:
- Opened or used supplement products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Products without original packaging or damaged packaging (unless received damaged)
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery date
- Promotional or discounted items (unless defective)
2. How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email info@originlifebio.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if defective or damaged).
Receive Return Authorization
Our customer service team will review your request within 1 business day and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Ship the Item Back
Package the item securely with the RA number clearly marked on the package. Ship to the return address provided. Keep your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 2 business days.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer-initiated returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Defective/damaged items: We provide a prepaid return label or reimburse shipping costs
- Incorrect items shipped: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
4. Refund Processing
- •Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- •Processing time: 2 business days after we receive your return
- •Bank/credit card processing time: 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution
- •Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective or incorrect items)
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you receive your desired product as quickly as possible.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:
- Provide a full refund including original shipping costs
- Or send a replacement at no additional charge
- Provide a prepaid return label for the defective item
Please include photos of the damage or defect when contacting us to expedite the process.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account again - processing times vary
- Contact your credit card company - it may take time for the refund to officially post
- Contact your bank - there may be additional processing time
